Who we are

WITTS Ministries is the broadcast ministry behind witts.ws. This policy covers the WITTS Phone service: the calling pages at phone.witts.ws and the ministry's telephone and text-messaging line, (972) 472-8887.

What we collect

When you call from the website, we ask your name, where you are calling from, and what you would like to talk about, so the operator can greet you properly. When you call or text the ministry line, we receive your phone number and the contents of your messages, and the operator may save your name and number to return your call or reply.

The public pages set no cookies and use no analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

Only to answer you and carry on the conversation. We keep no marketing lists, send no advertising, and never use what you share for any purpose beyond ministry correspondence.

Text messaging

Texting with the ministry is conversational and person-to-person. You opt in by texting the line first, or by sharing your number with the ministry and asking to be texted. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further texts, or HELP for help.

Your mobile phone number, and your opt-in to receive text messages from WITTS Ministries, will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any sharing with third parties.

The only sharing that occurs is with the vendors who deliver the service itself — our telecommunications provider and the phone companies that carry the messages — and solely so that your calls and texts reach us and our replies reach you.

Keeping and protecting it

Messages, call notes, and saved contacts are kept on equipment the ministry controls, only as long as they are useful to the correspondence, and are not disclosed to anyone else except as required by law.
